Not only Christmas books, but Christmas movies are in abundance. I have to admit I started watching before Thanksgiving!
CHRISTMAS MOVIE WATCHING
The first movie I watched was “Falling for Christmas” with Lindsay Lohan – pretty good. Love Jack Wagner in anything, especially in “When Calls the Heart”. Tad, the hapless fiance played by George Young, was hilarious. This was a Netflix movie.
The first Hallmark movie I watched was “A Magical Christmas Village”, primarily because I wanted to see Marlo Thomas. I hadn’t seen her in anything new in a long time. I watch re-runs of “That Girl” sometimes. I admit Alison Sweeney’s character got on my nerves at times with her blunt attitude, but Luke McFarlane never disappoints me.

In one scene in “CHOCOLATE SWIRL COOKIE CHRISTMAS”, my hero/heroine meet at a sandwich place that I don’t name, but I was thinking of Panera Bread when I wrote it. I love the orange scones here along with tea, hot or iced. This is not a happy scene, and does not end well for either character.
